Today is indeed a special day for the couple and for the entire Kapoor family as Alia has delivered her first child at HN Reliance Foundation hospital Mumbai. Yes, you read that right! Alia and Ranbir are blessed with a bay girl.
The 29-year-old actress has given birth to a baby girl. She is accompanied by her husband Ranbir, mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor, mother Soni Razdan, and sister Shaheen Bhatt at the hospital. Soon after the news of Alia delivering her first child broke out, congratulatory wishes started pouring in from her fans, and industry friends. Ahead of Alia’s delivery, Mahesh Bhatt shared his excitement about becoming a grandfather for the first time and told Etimes, “Waiting for a new sun to rise. A fresh sparkling dew drop of life.”
Interestingly, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, the Raazi actress spoke about embracing motherhood and stated things will change for the better. Alia was quoted saying, “Right now toh it’s just tip of the iceberg. I know it’s going to change but it’s only going to change for the better. Nobody knows how I have managed my personal life whilst also being a committed actor. Similarly, nobody will know how I manage my acting life whilst also being a committed individual at home with my family, friends, my partner, and my loved one.”
